we worked out of a beautiful philadelphia home today. this open space was once a garage that has been converted into a loft. now it's just charming.
this little girl is not the owner's, but too cute not to share.

I want a loft. I want one with a bottom level where I can have a studio for facials. Right now I am stuck with a really expensive house I cant sell.
A friend of mine is moving in the Mayo Hotel here in Tulsa over the weekend. Google it. You will like it.
